  • Annika Berg (Switzerland)

Hello everyone, my name is Annika. I am from Switzerland and feel fortunate to have undergone my yoga teacher training with Analu. My yoga journey commenced two years ago, and it was an instant connection. Upon discovering the physical practice of yoga, I delved deeper into the vast universe of meditation, breathwork, and kirtan. I must confess, it has profoundly changed my life, fostering a deeper connection with my body, cultivating tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and fostering greater awareness and grounding.

Completing the 200-hour yoga teacher training in Costa Rica was a dream come true, allowing me to delve further into my personal practice, explore the profound philosophy of yoga, and reconnect with nature. The training with Analu was an unforgettable, beautiful experience. She embodies humility, knowledge, kindness, and inspiration, and even weeks after the training, I am filled with gratitude for this unique opportunity.

Following the yoga teacher training, I pursued a sound healing certification in Thailand. My aspiration is to integrate yoga and sound healing, initially offering this fusion to friends and then allowing life to guide me on the journey ahead.

Hi all, my name is Paige and i am from Denver, Colorado. I have been practicing yoga for over 8 years and was beyond excited to expand my knowledge and practice through my YTT with Pranaluz. I truly could not have picked a more beautiful place and incredible teacher to undergo this journey. I will cherish my experience and the people I met through my training forever. I am currently in graduate school to become a somatic therapist and am excited to incorporate yoga teachings and breathwork into my practice one day. Outside of my career and yoga, I enjoy hiking, backpacking, skiing, and spending as much time as I can in nature.

  • Maria Sand Vaziri (Sweden)

My relationship with yoga has always been deeply personal and sacred. Since 2019, I have immersed myself in a daily practice that has been a profound journey of self-discovery and growth. This path reached a pivotal moment during my 200-hour teacher training in Costa Rica with Pranaluz. This transformative experience now forms the cornerstone of both my personal yoga practice and teaching philosophy. It not only deepened my own practice but also ignited a passion within me to share the wisdom of yoga through Saha Yoga. I would be grateful if you joined me on Instagram and Facebook to follow my journey.

When I'm not teaching yoga, I am actively engaged in human rights issues, pursuing my passion for photography, and curating the photo and travel blog www.travelthroughmycamera.com
