What you will learn

  • MANTRAS & SACRED SOUNDS

    Learn how to use and play the harmonium (From the start). No previous experience is needed. Understanding of notes and location in the keyboard is recommended. All levels are invited.

    Learn Basic Music theory on chords that you can apply for Harmonium and guitar, or other instruments.

    Learn Mantras to play with chords and diverse variations & modifications to use during your yoga classes, circles and leading Bhakti yoga and kirtans.

  • PHILOSOPHY

    Dive into the mythology and theosophy behind the mantras (Buddhist, Hindu Mantras), understanding the stories behind the deities, the deep meaning behind the words….

    Learn the History of Kirtan, the Bhakti Yoga Philosophy, Nada Yoga, Sound and vibration and deepen your relationship with the divine.

    Feel inspired to practice from deeper space of love and devotion to the divine.

    TECHNIQUE & LEADERSHIP

    Learn harmonium exercises, practice to develop further your skills, feel baslc to intermediate, feel more confident and trust yourself.

    Learn to lead and hold the space, how to set up, lead and share a Kirtan circle with others during your Classes, workshops or just for fun!

    Learn how to share from a deep place of heart and become a vessel, a messenger through sound and voice.

In Bhakti and devotional singing, it’s not about how polished or “good” your voice sounds—what truly matters is your ability to tune into the sacred frequency of devotion.     • Devotion meaning in our lives

    • Theology of Balinese culture & ceremony 

  • Mantras of study:

    • Examples: OM mantra, Gayatri Mantra, Om Kali, Shiva Shambo, Hare Krishna (Maha Mantra) , Sa Ta Na Ma, Guru Mantra, Ganesha Mantra, Sita Ram Mantra, Asatoma Mantra, Ong Namo, Ra Ma Da Sa, Sat Nam Wahe Guru (Includes chords, tecnique, live practice, meaning, chords and group lead practice).

    • Learn how to create your own mantras

    • Seed Mantras & Chakras

  • Learn a new instrument: Harmonium Practice, exercises, inversions exercises; Music theory and chords.

  • Voice activation, singing and chanting.

  • Sanskrit theory of the mantras with meaning and practice pronunciation

  • Ceremonial application of Bhakti

+ About your Lead Teacher

Lead Teacher Ana Lucía Fariña E-RYT-500. Analu was born in Costa Rica. She has been in the spiritual world from an early age, studying and practicing all over the world with various renowned teachers and inspired by Eastern philosophies and spiritual traditions such as Tibetan Buddhism, Vedic studies, Yoga studies, Advaita Vedanta and trained in the Mesoamerican shamanic traditions and momst recently with balinese priests. She has dedicated her entire life to the spiritual path. For over 15 years+ she has been traveling and offering worldwide healing yoga, Akashic readings, wellness retreats, spiritual pilgrimages and travel journeys and offering yoga teacher trainings 200 and 300 hours internationally.

Analu was born into a family of musicians and teachers. She has played classical piano since age 5, guitar and sings. She is a multi-instrumentalist, practitioner and devotee of Bhakti yoga and Kirtan, focusing mainly on harmonium and singing. She has been leading Kirtans and Bhakti Yoga devotional mantras worldwide at yoga studios, retreat centers, wellness retreats, at festivals such as Envision Festival Costa Rica, Bali Spirit, Kirtan Fest Costa Rica, amongst others. She has studied Kirtan, Vedic chanting and Bhajan’s in the west with Jai Uttal and with various teachers at Naropa University, USA; in the East, with Indian teachers at music schools in Rishikesh and Varanasi. She has trained also in sound healing in Chile with Sonoterapia Chile, Bali with Soundhealing Bali and in Costa Rica with her own teacher. Analu offers a variety of wellness and educational conscious living experiences: sound healing journeys, kirtans, wellness retreats, wellness travel journeys, 200 and 300 yoga teacher trainings, akashic readings… Please read more about Analu here.   • 7:00- 8:30 a.m. Yoga, Movement and Meditation (1,5)

  • 10:30-1:00 p.m. Session 1, chanting, practice, exercises (2,5)

  • 2:30 p.m. -6:00 p.m. Session 2 Philosophy and practices (3,5) with 30 minute break
