+ I don't have experience with yoga but would like to become a Yoga Teacher. Can I still join?
You may take the course even if you have no experience in yoga, we recommend however a minimum experience in asana and meditation so you can have a much deeper experience during the training. If you are not sure if our Courses are right for you, please reach out before booking.
+ Do you offer payment plans?
We do. Please write to us at contact@pranaluz.com or for further details and information on the payment plan options.
+ Is Pranaluz Yoga Alliance certified?
Yes, Pranaluz is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga School. All our training comply with the Yoga Alliance guidelines. You can find our Yoga Alliance profile here.

+ Can I stay longer or come before?
Yes, we can arrange an extra night for you. Just let us know in advance.
+ I want to bring a friend or partner but they won't be taking the course.
No problem! We can arrange it for them to accompany you on a special price. Please ask us for the quote.
+ How can I get a refund?
Your deposit is Non refundable. However we are happy to refund the remaining balance of this retreat in accordance to our terms and conditions form. ( varies from retreat to retreat). Please inquiry more about the amount reimbursed by writing to: contact@pranaluz.com
+ Required Reading material
- Cutting through spiritual materialism- Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. (Suggested)

+ I just signed up. What happens next?
As you book your retreat you will receive a confirmation and Welcome Package document with more details in regards to what to bring, how to get there, about the location , transportation, visas, etc.
+ How often do you ran this course?
We do it two times a year, one in Bali, Indonesia ( Postponed due to COVID until further notice), and one in Costa Rica ( March & November).
+ How long do I have access to the course?
Your teaching material will be available for you: any videos, reading material, the manual provided and any lectures provided during the course.
+ Why should I buy this course instead others?
Unlike other trainings, our program offers you a unique spiritual experience. We offer a holistic and integral perspective on Yoga, which includes meditation, mindfulness and a spiritual approach beyond the body and the physical benefits of the practice. We focus on a whole transformational experience from inside out.
+ What about visas, tickets, info on India, what I should bring, etc.?
Upon registration, you will receive an information package that includes all details to help you prepare for your program. It will include details such as local weather, what to bring, currency, health, culture, local traditions, food, travel plans, visas, insurance, etc.
Don't worry! we will let you know about everything to help you get prepared. No COVID test is required to enter Costa Rica, but we can arrange a PCR test for you before your departure if you country of residence requires it.
+ How can I get there (Costa Rica)?
Pavones Beach is located in the southern peninsula of Costa Rica. You need to fly into San José (SJO) International airport, and from there you can come by public bus ( Approx. 6 hours), or take a local flight, apron 45 minutes to Golfito. Upon your arrival to Golfito, our hotel shuttle will drive you to the lodge, its approximately one hour drive. We help you buy your bus ticket, or support you in booking your flight to Golfito as well. Transportation shuttle Golfito-Tiskita-Golfito is only included on March 22nd (Arrival day), and April 26th ( Departure day). If you come before the starting date or after, or depart before or later than the final day, you will have to cover the transportation costs for a private taxi from Golfito to the lodge which costs around USD $80. + I just signed up. What happens next?
As you book your retreat you will receive a confirmation and Welcome Package document and the course curriculum. You will also be given a login to access the material later on and incorporated into the training group platforms.
+ How long do I have access to the course?
Your teaching material will be available for you: any videos, reading material, the manual provided and any lectures provided during the course.
+ How often do you run this course?
It is an ongoing course, you can sign up whenever you want and we coordinate the 12 weeks as of that date including 1-1 meetings upon completion of each week’s content material.
+ Why should I buy this course instead others?
