  • ELLIE WIGGINS (U.K.)

Hi, I’m Ellie! I am from the UK and I started practicing yoga about 5 years ago to compliment my fitness routine as I am an avid gym goer. I loved how yoga gave me not only a physical release but also a mental release, relieving any tension and stress in daily life. I found the perfect harmony in life by adding yoga into my schedule and I knew this was something I really wanted to teach others. My path led me to Pranaluz 200hr YTT course in beautiful Bali where I deepened my practice and understanding of yoga by learning new techniques in meditation, breathwork, physical asana, philosophy and so much more! Since completion, I have been spending time building my brand ‘Live well with El’ which encompasses online yoga and personal training, along with wellness and self love strategies. As I am currently travelling South East Asia, on my return to the UK I hope to start in-person yoga teachings too! I am forever grateful for everything I learnt in my 200hr teacher training with Pranaluz and I’m so excited to share this with everyone else. IG: @_livewellwithel YouTube @_livewellwithel

  • QUENTIN LECLERC (FRANCE)

Hi all, I'm Quentin ! I am from Paris France. My yoga journey started about 10 years ago after a bike accident where I broke my wrist pretty badly. I initially started yoga to regain physical mobility and used it as many people before me to become more flexible. Later on, as I was seeking to expend my knowledge and practice of yoga, I got recommended Pranaluz by a friend and flew to beautiful Bali and took the 200 hours YTT course. It has been an amazing and a very unique experience thanks to the group and to Analu whose very knowledgeable, discerning and funny.

The course was well structured and allowed me to deepen my understanding of the various facets of yoga : philosophy, Asanas, Pranayama, meditation, teaching skills amongst others.

I now feel the confidence to spread this knowledge to others. Thank you so much Analu and everyone for making this journey so special ! @quentinlcdg

  • TINA

    Tina Ellis-Brecknell (JERSEY, U.K.)

My name is Tina .I am an Artist and live on the beautiful Island of Jersey. In my teenage years my passion was gymnastics and dance .I fell in love with Yoga in my mid twenties , practising regularly for five years . Fast forward twenty five years ..Bringing up our children and creating my Art gallery Fish’n’Beads plus the occasional dusting ! Yoga sadly took a back sit.

My thoughts returned to Yoga as the kids flew the nest and I had more time . Life had changed . I wasn’t sure at this stage if I was wanting to teach yoga .I adore everything Spanish and connected to the story of La Tribu where the Pranaluz 200hour teaching course was being held.

Questioning myself with the positives and negatives I deliberated for a few weeks before letting go ...! The weight of “what ifs“, floated away in exchange of excitement as I signed up. True to say it’s been one of the most amazing journeys in my life.

A big thank you to Analus, energy ,knowledge ,wisdom .Experiencing all our teachers styles and stories has been inspirational. I have reset my mind and body. Full of enthusiasm and passion to teach . I have taught my son by a billabong in Australia Friends in a garden .I am now booked to teach at Mango surf camp and signed up to teach at a few studios in Jersey. A new journey has begun

    Namaste ...Tina🌻

  • Candy Chan (HONG KONG)

Hi there, my name is Candy from Hong Kong and I’m a yoga enthusiast. I first got into yoga about 4 years ago when I got injured from badminton training. A friend recommended that I try out a yoga class as a way to stay active and fit. From the very first class, I was hooked. I loved how the practice made me feel both physically and mentally. It was like a reset button for my body and mind.

Since then, I've been practicing yoga regularly and have even completed a 200hrs Yoga Teacher training course with Pranaluz. It's been a life-changing journey, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge in the areas of mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

Analu is a kind loving person, she is fun, patient, supportive. She creates a safe and nurturing environment for us to learn and grow. Her dedication to our growth as future yoga teachers was inspiring and motivating, I feel that I’ve gain a deeper understanding of Yoga thanks to her course. I’m excited to apply the knowledge and skills you’ve imparted to me and to continue to grow in my own yoga practice and teaching. I can’t wait to share my love and knowledge with others.

  • CHARLOTTE ASSMANN ( GERMANY)

Hi there, my name is Charlotte Shirin Assmann. I am a creative writer from Germany.

I started Yoga when I was 15 and spirituality has always been a big party of my life. I have always been practicing yoga and already did another 200 hr YTT 7 years ago. Speaking from my personal belief - Yoga is not just the physical practice but the connection you create with your mind and yourself so that eventually you can share that magic with others. I have lost touch to that connection and could feel that I needed to repeat the 200hr YTT. Every teacher training is different and through attending Pranaluz training I was able to find out that now I really wanted to go into teaching and share the love for Yoga with others. For me teaching is a big responsibility and I could not have found a more magical, interesting, powerful and lovely place that was filled with wisdom, care and so many amazing memories that I will keep with me on my way, like the Pranaluz training. Analu is the most special teacher I have met in my life so far. She bring so much strength but also softness to the classes like I have never seen before. She deeply cares for what she is teaching and the way she creates the classes.

There was always space to share your thoughts and feelings and endless respect that everyone brought to the mat which created this unique and unforgettable experience. I am thankful for this journey and I can honestly say that this was a life changing training and a missing piece for my teaching career that I finally feel confident enough to step into. Thank you to everyone - especially Analu.
