ABOUT THE COURSE
This Philosophy course is a transformative online training program that guides students through the philosophical and contemplative foundations of Yoga, exploring classical texts, sacred traditions, and spiritual practices that form the architecture of self-realization, combining intellectual rigor with experiential perspective.
Through lectures, guided contemplation, and reflective exercises, participants will explore: Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and the eight limbs of yoga; sacred texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, the Ramayana, and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika; the history and evolution of yoga, from ancient yogis to modern practices; the six classical schools of Vedic philosophy, Samkhya, and Advaita Vedanta; Buddhist principles, mindfulness, and non-dual teachings; and practical applications for insight and teaching. The course is designed to guide you from knowledge to inquiry, and from reflection to integration, providing you with the tools to study, live, and teach yoga and Eastern philosophies with clarity and integrity.
Format: 100% online, with two live Q&A sessions via Zoom and one year of access to the course.

Virtual meetings will be held on the last weekend of June, July and August via Zoom and will be recorded for later viewing.

Ana Lucia FariñaMba.Ma.ERYT-500
Born in Costa Rica, Analu has been involved in the spiritual world since a young age, studying and practicing with various renowned teachers, inspired by Eastern spiritual philosophies and traditions. She began her meditation practice at age 16. She has been offering Akashic readings and teaching Yoga, philosophy, and meditation since 2009. A passionate musician drawn to the power of sound and mantra, she leads kirtans (mantra chanting) and sound healing sessions. Analu offers diverse experiences worldwide, including 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings, sound therapy training, and philosophy workshops. She also leads wellness retreats and spiritual journeys around the globe. Holding an MBA and a Master of Arts (MA), she is fully dedicated to the spiritual path, inspired by the teachings of Jesus, Mahayana Buddhism, yoga studies, Advaita Vedanta, and Mesoamerican shamanic traditions. The course consists entirely of pre-recorded lessons. It may take up to one year to complete. Videos and PDF course materials are available on the platform. You will have access to it for 1 year from the purchase date.

I include three meetings via Zoom, one in June, one in July and one in August to address questions and concerns (attendance is optional).

I recommend texts, and I also provide PDFs of the class for studying. There are no grades, only quizzes at the end of the lessons to ensure you understand the material.
