JULY 5TH/ WEEK 1: RETURNING TO THE BODY:

Foundations of mindful awareness, breathwork, nervous system regulation and creating a personal ritual.

JULY 12TH/ WEEK 2: OBSERVING WITHOUT REACTING

How to work with thoughts and emotions. Practice of inner witness.

JULY 19TH/ WEEK 3: DEEP PRESENCE

Meditation beyond technique, integration to dailylife, mantra and open awareness.

JULY 26TH/ WEEK 4: INTEGRATION AND PERSONAL SĀDHANA

How to sustain your practice long-term + online closing ceremony

This program is good for:

  • Everyone. No previous experience is required. All levels are welcomed.

+ Get to know the Teacher

Ana Lucia Fariña was born in Costa Rica. She has been in the spiritual world since young age, studying and practicing with diverse renown teachers, and inspired by eastern philosophies and spiritual traditions. She started her meditation practice at age 16. She does Akashic readings, and teaches Yoga ERYT500+ and meditation since 2009. A musician passionate for holding kirtans and sound healing, she offers diverse experiences worldwide such as yoga teacher trainings, international wellness retreats, Eastern philosophy, offers spiritual travel journeys, mindfulness and sound healing journeys. She holds an MBA, Ma and is devoted to her spiritual path, inspired by Mahayana buddhism, Yoga studies, Advaita Vedanta amongst meso-american shamanic traditions. Check out more about Analu here.
